The Governor of Leningrad region Alexander Drozdenko went to work on the subway, after the incident on the eve of explosion in the car of the St. Petersburg subway. It is reported 47news with reference to eyewitnesses.
Thus the head of region has decided to support residents that after the incident, afraid to go down into the subway. Drozdenko about 08:00 GMT went down to the station “Chkalovskaya” and reached the “Technological Institute”, where he laid flowers to the improvised memorial.

According to some, likely the executor of the attack was 22-year-old Russian citizen Akbarjon Jalilov, who was born in Kyrgyzstan.
