Russian President Vladimir Putin urged not to go “wall to wall” members of the press and government officials, the correspondent of “Газеты.Ru” on the media forum of the Russian popular front.

“A lot of problems in the bureaucracy. We talk about it constantly. And not only us. And in all countries the same. And always and everywhere the press, free and open press in a democratic society it one way or another oppose the authorities — and rightly so. I would not only to the press and officials were at each other like a wall to wall all the time,” he said.

The President also noted that a simple confrontation means “constant sand in the wheels” on both sides, while working on a common goal can achieve maximum results.
