The Kremlin refused to give a timeframe for the meeting on the explosion in the subway of St. Petersburg

Press Secretary of Russian President Dmitry Peskov refused to answer the question, whether is planned at the head of state’s meeting on the situation with the explosion in the subway. It is reported TASS on Monday, April 3.

“We will inform you if this will happen,” — said the official representative of the Kremlin. However, he confirmed that this week the President scheduled a meeting with members of the security Council.

Earlier on Monday, Minister of health Veronika Skvortsova reported that the explosion in St. Petersburg subway killed 10 people. Later it became known about death of two victims: they were in a state of clinical death and died in Mariinsky hospital.

April 3 in the afternoon, an explosion occurred in the car on the stretch between metro stations “Sennaya square” and “Institute of Technology”. It was initially reported about two explosions, but this information was not confirmed. Later at the station “Ploschad Vosstaniya” was found and neutralized a homemade bomb.

Upon explosion criminal case is brought. Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the analysis of all versions, including a terrorist attack.
