Russian woman arrested in Indonesia for drug possession
MOSCOW, April 3. /TASS/. A Russian citizen arrested in Indonesia for possession of 0.37 grams of crystal meth. This was reported by the newspaper The Jakarta Post.
29-year-old Russian woman was detained on March 23 in the resort town of Kuta. Her name is not called, we only know that she lives in Bali for eight years.
“She told police that he had purchased the drug at the prison in Kerobokan. Now we find out, who could sell her the drugs”, — quotes the edition of the representative of the police. According to him, Russia insists that the drug is used for personal purposes during the year and that he had helped her to work and “finding inspiration”.
The girl could face up to 12 years in prison for violation of legislation on fight against drug trafficking.
