Milon asked to check the “stay group” in social networks

State Duma Deputy Vitaly Milonov (EP) sent a request to the Prosecutor General with a request to verify the so-called “groups list” in social networks on the subject of inducement of minors to alcohol and sexual violence, reported the press service of “United Russia” on Friday.

Similar requests the Deputy also sent to Roskomnadzor and Mail.ru Group.

“I have sent a request to the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation with a request to conduct inspections of the so-called “groups list” in social networks, which are a true “plague” and a source of teenage alcoholism and sexual abuse of our children”, — quotes the press service of Milonov EP.

According to him, subscribers of such groups are thousands of people “different, but mostly the young and juvenile even age.” “Almost every message clearly adult men invite young girls and boys to visit, offering alcohol and “house.” These gracious hosts to the mind — not difficult to guess,” — said the MP.

Milonov said that the law enforcement agencies “is necessary to carefully verify these groups and their administrators on the subject of inducement of minors to alcohol and sexual violence.”

“Perpetrators must be brought to justice, and groups that they use must be locked. So I also sent requests to the Federal service for supervision in the sphere of Telecom, information technologies and mass communications, and the Director General Mail.ru Group c Boris Dobrodeev asking them to pay attention to these groups,” he added.
