NEW YORK, April 1. /Offset. TASS Alexey Kachalin/. The former assistant to the President for national security Michael Flynn and Russian Ambassador in Washington Sergey Kislyak could not agree among themselves about the mode change of the anti-Russian sanctions because they are not involved in the decision-making process at this level. About it the press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov said in an interview with the host of the show Good Morning America, a transcript of which was posted Friday in the afternoon at the TV station ABC.

Was not authorized

“The sanctions themselves, the question of their abolition or the introduction of, any promises can’t be a topic of discussion during such contacts. ‘Cause none of them – neither the Ambassador Kislyak, nor General Flynn – could not participate in such decisions (on sanctions),” – said the representative of the Kremlin, referring to the question.
