MOSCOW, March 31. /TASS/. No “Lavrov plan” to resolve the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh does not exist, only the collective discussed the proposals of the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk group – Russia, USA and France. This was stated by Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov published an interview with the Azeri Press.
