Russian President Vladimir Putin said he was ready to take part in the forum of the Arctic Council in Finland and met with the President of the United States Donald trump, if such an event would be prepared. The availability of such meeting, the Russian leader asked the moderator held in Arkhangelsk international Arctic forum.
