ARKHANGELSK, March 30. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin said the most important task is to keep the Arctic a space for dialogue and constructive engagement. He said this, speaking at the plenary session of the forum “Arctic – territory of dialogue”.
“Essentially to save the Arctic space for constructive dialogue, creativity and equal cooperation”, – said the head of state.
