The President of Russia Vladimir Putin dismissed the Plenipotentiary of Russia at the European court of human rights (ECHR) Georgy Matyushkin, the corresponding decree posted on the official portal of legal information on Wednesday.
“Dismissed… Georgy O. Matyushkin, representative of the Russian Federation at the European court of human rights — Deputy Minister of justice of the Russian Federation”, — the document says.
