Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree according to which the Federal security service (FSS) will be able to withdraw needed for the ground objects. The corresponding document was published on the official Internet portal of legal information.
Item 12 of the regulations of the Federal security service of the Russian Federation is supplemented with the subparagraph under which FSO “decides on the withdrawal of land plots for state needs of the Russian Federation for construction and reconstruction of objects of Federal significance, which are necessary to exercise the powers of the FSO of Russia”.
The implementation of the decree must be based on the established regular number of military and civilian personnel of bodies of Federal security service, as well as through budgetary allocations, provided for in the Federal budget for the FSO to leadership and management.
