Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev satisfied that most essential medicines in Russia are of domestic production.
“I note the success of the pharmaceutical and medical industries, growing Russian pharmaceutical market”, – said the head of the Cabinet at the Board meeting of the Ministry of industry and trade. According to him, “it is important to ensure the development of its own production as generics, and of modern innovative drugs.”
“In the list of essential medicines, the share of Russian medicines continues to increase, now it reached almost 77%”, – stated the Prime Minister. He called the figure “very significant accomplishment of recent years”.
