In Novorossiysk working “paved” puddle
MOSCOW, 26 Mar — RIA Novosti. In social networks there was video on which the staff of communal services, Novorossiysk in the pouring rain lay asphalt directly in a puddle.
The incident occurred on the street of Revolution of 1905. The record shows that the road, dispersing the water with a shovel, lay asphalt, despite the flooding.
The video drew the attention of the mayor Igor Dyachenko. The mayor was outraged by the work of public utilities.
“I, like all of our residents, outraged by the fact of laying of asphalt on the street of Revolution of 1905 in the water under the pouring rain. After testing, I gave the order about the personal punishment of all officers of the administration who committed this outrage,” he wrote on Twitter.
“Repair” of the road in the street of Revolution of 1905 will be redone at the contractor’s expense.

Dyachenko also called this attitude to the city is unacceptable and promised that the repair of the road will be redone at the contractor’s expense.
