Rescuers have localized an oil spill in the river near Moscow

Rescuers stopped the further spread of petroleum products on the river Muranga in the Moscow region. On Friday, March 24, reported the TV channel “360” in the press service of EMERCOM in the region.

The river has two series of booms, stain-treated sorbent. It is noted that the threat of further pollution Muranyi and penetration of fuel into the intakes there. In the works at the scene involved 40 people and 15 vehicles.

As reported on 23 March, oil spill occurred in the village of Istomikha, a member of the urban district Domodedovo. In addition to the river Muranga, fuel got into the pond (there spilled about 50 tons of oil products), as well as several streams.
