The Norwegian appeal court recognised Russians guilty of having links with ISIS

The appellate court in Oslo upheld the earlier verdict against a citizen of Russia Adam Magomadov. He was accused of having links with terrorist group “Islamic state” (IG, is prohibited in Russia). On Friday, March 24, reports TASS with reference to the Norwegian Telegraph Bureau.

To six years in prison as part of the same case were sentenced citizen of Norway of Pakistani origin Ahmed Hassan.

The investigation found that men in 2014 have gone to Syria and joined the rebels. The Russians, in particular, fought near the town of Kobani. He Magomadov denies its involvement in the fighting.
