MOSCOW, 23 Mar — RIA Novosti. The first channel refused remote participation of Yulia Samoilova in the contest “Eurovision”, said the TV channel.
Earlier, the European broadcasting Union (EBU) invited to organize satellite broadcasts of performances Samoilova, she still managed to take part in the competition.

It is also noted that the EBU is not presented to the singer no complaints.
“According to the rules of Eurovision, the broadcaster must provide all participants with the “opportunity to obtain an entry visa for the whole period of the event”. Thus the refusal of Yulia Samoilova of entry into the territory of Ukraine violates the rules of the competition”, — concluded the channel.
The proposal of the remote participation channel called strange and contrary to the meaning of competition, “the strict rule which is the speech live on the Eurovision stage.
“We believe that the European Broadcasting Union should not invent new rules for the Russian party in 2017 and are able to conduct the competition in accordance with its own rules,” reads the statement of the channel.
Samoilov had to represent Russia at the contest “Eurovision-2017” with the song “the Flame Is Burning”, however, the security Service of Ukraine has banned her entry into the country for three years.
