MOSCOW, 23 Mar — RIA Novosti. The first channel refused remote participation of Yulia Samoilova in the contest “Eurovision”, said the TV channel.

Earlier, the European broadcasting Union (EBU) invited to organize satellite broadcasts of performances Samoilova, she still managed to take part in the competition.
