Appeals to participate in the procession along Tverskaya street of Moscow in the framework of the campaign initiated by opposition activist Alexei Navalny, is illegal. This was stated press Secretary of Russian President Dmitry Peskov on Friday, March 24, the correspondent “Tapes.ru”.

“We know that a number of individuals urge to take to the streets. It is illegal. It is illegal to calls, and it’s actually not that other, as provocation”, — said the official representative of the Kremlin.

Peskov also drew attention to the “advance work” from the Moscow government and the rule of law, which inform citizens about what actions are possible “will go in violation of the law because they were not agreed”.

The day before, on March 23, the Moscow police urged residents and guests of the capital to refrain from participation in an inconsistent event, scheduled for Sunday. “Given the traffic situation in the city centre and the likely presence there of a large number of citizens the organizers of the event were offered alternative places for it. Despite this, the proponents continue to call for participation in the action”, — was stated in the official statement of the Central Board.
