The interstate aviation Committee recommended urgently to implement new global standards of ICAO in the CIS countries.
The interstate aviation Committee (IAC) issued a recommendation to consider early in the development and implementation of standards in terms of equipment, aircraft video recorders in the cockpit.
Russian regulatory authorities the urgency of the task agreed. In the Ministry of industry “news” said that the Agency received a request from the Ministry of transport to consider these amendments.
“Amendments reviewed, no comments. Roughly the application date for the amendments is scheduled for November 8, 2018”, — said the representative of the Ministry of industry and trade.
As told “Izvestia” in MAK, equipping the pilot’s cabin systems video is the new world standard, approved by the Council of the International civil aviation organization (ICAO). The new standard will apply primarily to aircraft engaged in international flights.
Flight recorders of the visual environment will capture the actions of the pilots shown on the instrument data, the position of the remote control and even visibility conditions outside the window
It is assumed that the cockpit will be installed three cameras — two in the area of jobs of pilots and one survey camera.
