The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, is planning to visit Syria, said the Deputy of the state Duma Adam Delimkhanov. His words leads to “Interfax” on Tuesday, March 21.
“Definitely come,” said Delimkhanov, who was elected to the lower house of Parliament from Chechnya. When the head of the Republic will visit Syria, he said.
