The Communist party urged to show humanity in connection with the 100-year anniversary of the revolution

On the eve of the Duma faction of the liberal democratic party announced a bill that includes Amnesty in honor of the third anniversary of the annexation of Crimea to Russia. The parliamentarians offered to free convicted of petty articles, mothers and single fathers, disabled people and parents with many children. On January 26, the state Duma Deputy Vitaly Milonov (“United Russia”) has submitted for consideration the lower chamber of Parliament a bill to establish in Russia a new memorable date — the Day of the February revolution. Earlier in January, the non-parliamentary party “Communists of Russia” proposed to introduce administrative responsibility for denying the facts of the October revolution such as the storming of the Winter Palace or the historic salvo of the cruiser “Aurora”. In the Communist party the initiative was not supported.
