Russian President Vladimir Putin during a conversation on the Congress of the Russian Union of Industrialists and entrepreneurs, admitted that not once could read notes in his notebook taken during the performance of the participants. He said this after the speech of the businessman Vladimir Potanin – he spoke, in particular, on productivity, reports RIA “Novosti”.

“It was only yesterday that discussed this topic. It is, as you said, no reason for… for what? For pessimism. I wrote like chicken scratch, he can’t read. Like in school,” – laughing, said Putin.

During the Congress, Putin said that revenue growth without productivity growth is alarming and a reason to think.

In the fall of 2016, the head of the Central Bank Elvira Nabiullina said that the increase in revenue outpacing the increase in productivity creates inflation risks.
