Russia will not accept participation in a Ministerial meeting in Washington on the fight against ISIS (“Islamic state” banned in Russia), which will be held March 22.
The conference will be U.S. Secretary Rex Tillerson.
That Russia will not participate in the meeting, said acting head of the press service of US state Department mark Toner, reports TASS.
