The President’s administration recommended that the governors “creatively” to congratulate women on March 8, according to “Kommersant”, citing sources. The most responsible job reacted Nizhny Novgorod Governor Valery Shantsev and the head of Krasnodar Krai Veniamin Kondratiev.
The head of the Nizhny Novgorod region Valery Shantsev decided to get away from the everyday greetings with flowers and starred in the video part of the flash mob “Mannequin Challenge”. At the end of the video Shantsev said that “woman is a riddle and a mystery”, but men “is ready to solve you every day.”
The Governor of Krasnodar Krai Veniamin Kondratiev in the organization of the fair was decided to use the augmented reality technology. So, in the holiday on the square near the regional administration will set the figure as eight, near which women will be able to take a picture and print the autographed Kondratiev. In the hands of the fair ladies will magically appear a bouquet of roses.
