Protection of the runaway Ukraine’s former state Duma Deputy, Denis Boronenkov, accused in Russia of fraud, appealed against his arrest in absentia, told RIA Novosti on Monday, the lawyer Andrei Grivtsov, representing the interests of former parliamentarians.

“We appealed the decision of the Basmanny court of Moscow about election concerning Boronenkov of a measure of restraint in form of detention,” — said the lawyer.
