In Ingushetia was recorded in real wages at the average level of 13.4 thousand roubles, in Dagestan — 14.5 thousand rubles, in Mariy El — 14.6 thousand rubles.
The biggest salary of the teachers in the Chukotka Autonomous district. On average, they receive 57,6 thousand. In Moscow the average salary of a teacher of 55.9 thousand rubles. Over 50 thousand teachers get Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous district.
The researchers found that 21.6 percent of teachers do not understand how the payroll. Another 15 percent did not know about the regulation about wages. 8 percent admitted that they had signed a collective document, under the pressure of leadership.
The head of the working group onf Lyubov Dukhanina said that many study participants talked about the fact that part of the remuneration of teachers official figures are highly inflated. “Those whose salary is up to official, noted that this is achieved through tremendous stress. In total, we talked to nearly five thousand teachers,” said Dukhanina.
