Medina promised to pay the salaries of employees of art schools

The Minister of culture of Russia Vladimir Medinsky said that the problem with the delay of salaries of employees under the Ministry of culture of the institutions will be resolved soon. This was reported on the website of the Department.

“As of date for payment of transferred agreements for 68 of the 69 subordinated to the Ministry of culture of educational institutions. 50 of them money has already been transferred,” — said Medinsky.

According to the head of Department, problems with payments was caused by the introduction of a new system of the Ministry of Finance “the Electronic budget”. “This is a completely new experience, and a lot has to do first. A recurring problem in the process of formation documents, causing loss of time when making agreements,” he explained.

Medina said that in some cases the delay of salaries perpetrators themselves subordinate institutions, incorrectly filled documents. It happened with the Academy of choral art Popov, Russian state Institute of cinematography named after Gerasimov, Saint-Petersburg state Conservatory named after Rimsky-Korsakov, the State Institute of art, Krasnoyarsk Yaroslavl artistic and theatrical institutions.

March 1, the staff of a number of creative universities of Moscow and St. Petersburg said that from the beginning of 2017 have not been paid.
