Medvedev is not waiting for the lifting of Western sanctions
The Prime Minister noted that the restrictive measures create a “very good conditions” for the development of agriculture in the country.
MOSCOW, March 2. /TASS/. One should not expect cancellation of Western sanctions, besides it creates good conditions for the development of agriculture in Russia, said at a government meeting, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
“Do not be afraid, no sanctions will not be canceled. I recently said that the West makes all decisions for these sanctions have been of a permanent nature, codify them in legislation. Therefore, this creates very good conditions for the development of agriculture”, — said Medvedev.
So the Prime Minister responded to the concern of the Minister of agriculture Alexander Tkachev, after the lifting of sanctions non-upgraded businesses will lose their Western competitors.
