Kiev has considered the ultimatum of the DNI and the LC violation of the Minsk agreements

Moscow. 28 Feb. INTERFAX.RU — taking control of the Ukrainian authorities jurisdiction beyond the control of Kiev territories of Donbass will be a direct violation of the Minsk agreements, said the Deputy Minister of the temporarily occupied territories and internally displaced persons of Ukraine Georgy Tuka.

“The inviolability of Ukrainian enterprises, including Railways, was a condition reached during talks in Minsk. That is, if now we will witness the fact that the Ukrainian enterprises which are registered on the territory of Ukraine, will be taken under, as they said, external control, it will be a direct violation of the Minsk agreements”, — he said in the program “Svoboda words” on ICTV channel.

In addition, Tuck believes that in the case of these enterprises have no future.

On Monday the head of the breakaway Donetsk and Lugansk national republics (DND and LNR) Alexander Zakharchenko and Igor Carpenter made a joint statement in which they demanded from Kiev to the beginning of the spring to withdraw the transport blockade of Donbass. Otherwise, they are threatened by the introduction of external management at all enterprises of the Ukrainian jurisdiction, working in national republics, as well as to stop supply of coal Ukraine. Leaders DND and LNR said that the transport blockade of Donbass contradict the Minsk agreements.

Later on Monday, Zakharchenko said that all the businesses in the NPT, will go into the legal field of the Republic from 1 March.

In addition, members of the National Council LNR considered and adopted in the second reading the law “On amendments to the law LC “ON tax system” which obliges legal and physical persons-entrepreneurs operating on the territory of the Republic under Ukrainian jurisdiction until March 1 to sign a contract with tax agents LC.
