The incident occurred on 25 February when a 37-year-old man was left alone with my son in the apartment located on the fourth floor. Father using tablet communicated on social media and watching the news. Then he wanted to smoke, and he went to the balcony. Then the child came and shut the door. After that, the kid ran over the iPad, sat down on the sofa and started playing.
