Russia will veto a resolution of the UN Security Council providing for sanctions against Syria for the attack with the use of toxic substances, attributed to Damascus. This was stated to journalists by the Deputy permanent representative to the UN Vladimir Safronkov on the results of the closed meeting of the security Council.
