The Odessa Prosecutor said, where is kidnapped the Deputy Goncharenko
KIEV, 23 Feb — RIA Novosti. Law enforcement officers prevented an attack on Verkhovna Rada Deputy from “Blok Petro Poroshenko” Alexey Goncharenko, he is in a safe place, said Thursday the Prosecutor of Odessa region Oleg Zhuchenko.
Odessa oblast Prosecutor’s office on Thursday reported the kidnapping Goncharenko. The security service of Ukraine has confirmed this information. Militiamen opened criminal proceedings under article “kidnapping or illegal deprivation of liberty”.
“He (coach — ed.) is now in a safe place and will now testify as a victim,” said Zhuchenko at the press briefing.
According to him, militiamen have prevented the kidnapping of the Deputy. The Prosecutor also said that the criminals were planning to strike the Deputy’s injuries and to deprive him of vision.
Goncharenko is known that he took an active part in the events in Odessa on may 2, when the result of the burning building House of trade unions killing dozens of activists “antimaydana”. He later posted pictures online of dead and burned people on the Internet.
