The twenty-third of February, three children were playing near the garages in Tomsk. One of them climbed onto the roof of the building, resulting in melted snow fell upon two other students, reports a press-service of SU IC in the region.
A boy of seven died on the spot, and his 11-year-old companion suffered multiple injuries and was taken to hospital.
The investigating authorities have started finding-out of circumstances of emergency. Examined the scene of the incident, question witnesses, and forensic medical examination.
