As explained “Kommersant” in the press service of the Prosecutor General, “the object of the prosecution, reconstruction, and new construction projects approved in the framework of the Federal targeted investment programme (FTIP)”. So, in 2016 in the framework of the Agency for the reconstruction of old buildings and building new has been allocated 1 billion rubles.
