NASA promised to reveal the secret of the exoplanets press-conference
NASA has announced a press-conference, devoted to a number of discoveries that are associated with exoplanets.
Presented at the Agency’s website announcement reported that the event will focus on the most important event in the field of space exploration, but the details are carefully hidden.
It is expected that NASA will announce that beyond the Solar system found one or more exoplanets, which are favorable conditions for life.
In July 2016, the aerospace Agency of the USA has already conducted a similar conference, where chief researcher, NASA Ellen Stofan spoke about the existence of more than 1280 exoplanets outside the Solar system that was discovered with a telescope “Kepler”. From that moment to this day, scientists are closely studying the cosmic body, which behave like the Sun, turning around stars.
The stream will start on February 22 at 21:00 Moscow time and will be held on NASA TV and on the official website space Agency. During the conference, the network users will have the opportunity to ask questions on Twitter with the hashtag #askNASA.
Exoplanets are called extrasolar planets that orbit around stars that are not Sun.
