Lawyer Kara-Murza Jr. asking to file a case for attempted murder
MOSCOW, 22 Feb — RIA Novosti. Lawyer Vadim Prokhorov filed an application to the Investigative Committee demanding to conduct an audit of the circumstances of the case with the poisoning of the journalist, the former Deputy head of Parnas, Vladimir Kara-Murza Jr., and sue for attempted murder, he said this to RIA Novosti on Wednesday.
Kara-Murza Jr. was hospitalized in a Moscow hospital where he was diagnosed with “toxic effect of unspecified substance”. A law enforcement source told RIA Novosti that investigators are checking media reports about the alleged poisoning of journalist. Sunday Kara-Murza Jr. was discharged from the hospital and flew abroad for a course of rehabilitation.

According to him, surrounded by Kara-Murza Jr. really believe that what happened is in the nature of malicious acts, which require certain inspections and investigations. “Well, actually, we are exactly with this appeal, although, of course, try and do some fact checking too, to hold,” concluded Prokhorov.
For the last time for Kara-Murza Jr. this is the second hospitalization. At the end of may 2015 journalist in serious condition was taken by ambulance with acute renal failure. The journalist was in an induced coma. The journalist’s father reported that, according to doctors, the intoxication caused the two groups of incompatible drugs.
