Feldman Churkin grateful for “telling the truth about the Crimea”

The head of the Crimea Sergey Aksenov said that the permanent representative of Russia to UN Vitaly Churkin, “has brought to the world community the truth about the Crimea, gave a worthy rebuff to those who tried to suppress and distort the truth”.

Churkin died yesterday in new York, on Tuesday, he would have turned 65 years old.

Feldman, on behalf of the Crimean government, and personally expressed his deep and sincere condolences to the leadership of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Russia, colleagues, relatives and friends of the deceased.

Churkin was born on 21 February 1952 in Moscow in the family of aviation engineer. 8 APR 2006 held the post of permanent representative to the UN in new York, was the representative of the Russian Federation in the UN Security Council.
