The working group on improving legislative activities of the state Duma proposes MPs to discuss their initiatives with the parliamentary factions before making them to the. On Tuesday, 21 February, reports TASS with reference to first Vice-speaker of the lower house of Ivan Melnikov.

“There are cases when a legislative initiative of deputies of the faction do not meet the programme or campaign platforms, with which the relevant party goes on elections to the state Duma”, — he explained.
