According to the couple convicted in the U.S. pilot Konstantin Yaroshenko, the Russian offered a permanent residence permit, if he testified against another convict of Russian citizen Viktor bout, reports RIA “Novosti”.

According to the mother of the pilot, refusal to testify against bout exacerbated the situation Yaroshenko and increased his prison term.
Earlier Russia’s Ambassador to the U.S. Sergey Kislyak said that Russia considers the fate of bout and Yaroshenko priority issue in relations with the United States.
