MOSCOW, February 21. /TASS/. The head of the Federation Council Committee on international Affairs Konstantin Kosachev called abominable the position of Ukraine, which blocked the adoption of a presidential statement of the Security Council, UN’s envoy to the organization Vitaly Churkin.
