The former Deputy Boronenkov was offered a job in the power structures of Ukraine
MOSCOW, 19 Jul — RIA Novosti. Ex-Deputy of the state Duma from the Communist Denis Boronenkov, announced in the Federal wanted list on charges of fraud and in the territory of Ukraine, stated that he had received proposals to work on the Ukrainian power structures.
“Yes,” replied the Deputy in interview to TV channel “Rain” on the question of whether he received any proposals from Ukrainian law enforcement agencies about the job.
Including, as said Boronenkov, he was offered to work in the power structures of Ukraine as an “expert on Russia”. In this case, what specific law enforcement agencies of Ukraine was offered a job, the former Deputy did not elaborate, but admitted that had not yet accepted the proposals.
Previously the acting head of the Department on interaction with mass-media SK the Russian Federation Svetlana Petrenko said that Voronenkov is wanted as an accused under articles “Organization of falsifying the unified state register of legal entities” and “Fraud”.
According to media reports, last year, Boronenkov, along with his wife, also ex-Deputy of the state Duma Maria Maksakova moved to Ukraine and received citizenship there. The press wrote that Voronenkov testified the Prosecutor General’s office of Ukraine against former President Viktor Yanukovych on charges of treason.
As previously reported by the Deputy Chairman of the CPRF Central Committee Vladimir Kashin, the issue of exclusion from the Communist party of the former Deputy Boronenkov, which, according to media reports, have received citizenship of Ukraine will be decided at the Plenum of the Communist party in March.
In April 2015 in the UK said that investigators want to initiate a criminal case of fraud against Boronenkov. According to the UK, “a group of persons, which included two former law enforcement officers, realtor and other partners, in 2010-2011 committed criminal actions in which the sole participant of the company “TOMA” was deprived of the right of ownership of 100% shares in its authorized capital”. In addition, forging documents, partners stole the building cost 127 million rubles, and also belonging to the said organization, believes the investigation. According to SK the Russian Federation, the organizer of the fraud was Boronenkov. Six accomplices have already been convicted for fraud.
Then the Investigative Committee has sent to the Prosecutor General required documents for a decision on introducing to the state Duma representation of deprivation of immunity Boronenkov.
