MOSCOW, February 17. /TASS/. Russia does not consider that the peaceful settlement of Nagorno-Karabakh may depend on the planned “constitutional referendum” in the region. This was reported by TASS in the Department of information and press of the Russian foreign Ministry.
“We do not recognize Nagorno-Karabakh as an independent state, – said in depodesta. – We believe that its status should be determined by political negotiations in the framework of the Minsk process. It does not believe that the peace process could depend on the holding referred to “constitutional referendum”.
