The parties to the conflict in the Donbass agreed on the withdrawal of weapons

The trilateral contact group on settling the situation in the Donbass at the talks in Minsk on 15 February agreed to the withdrawal of up to 20 February in the Donbass all weapons prohibited by the accords.

This was reported following the talks, the special representative of the OSCE contact group Martin Sajdik.

“Today, we reached a divorce agreement means prohibited by the Minsk agreements until February 20,” said Sajdik (quoted by “Interfax”).

Since the end of January in the East of Ukraine in the area of Avdeevka began a military escalation. In the escalating conflict each other has accused both sides — the Ukrainian military and representatives of the breakaway Donetsk national Republic (DND).
