MOSCOW, February 14. /TASS/. The President of Russia Vladimir Putin has accepted the resignation of Ryazan Governor Oleg Kovalev, acting head of the region appointed the Deputy of the state Duma Nikolay Lyubimov. As the press service of the Kremlin, the corresponding decree was signed by the head of state.

“To accept resignation of the Governor of Ryazan region Oleg Kovalev at his own request, – the document says. – To appoint Nikolai Lyubimov, the acting Governor of Ryazan region before the entry into office of a person elected the Governor of the Ryazan region”.

Putin hopes that the favorite will apply the best quality at the new place of work.

“You are a young man but already experienced and demonstrated good work in different areas, and very responsible. I assume that You all your best qualities and use will apply here, the new place of work”, – said the head of state at a meeting with the play. Putin advised him “to be closer to people, to feel what they live, what problems face in their daily lives, and to proceed from the need to address these issues.”

Putin noted that Lyubimov is a native of Kaluga, where he studied and began to work. “In General, worked well, was both mayor and Chairman of the legislative Assembly and Deputy Governor,” said the President. He stressed that “Kaluga – one of the most advanced regions.” “Everywhere has its problems, there are also them enough, but still shows a very good development indicators”, – said the head of state.
