The law on permanent housing privatization passed by the Parliament
Moscow. 10 Feb. INTERFAX.RU — the state Duma meeting on Friday adopted in the third final reading the law on the indefinite extension of the free privatization of housing in Russia.
Under current law, the free privatization was supposed to end on March 1 of the current year.
The bill excludes from the legislation of norms that provides for the limitation of the term of free privatization of housing.
Thus, the citizens having the right to free privatization of housing will be able to use it without time limitation.
In the adoption of this bill in the first reading the bill proposed to extend free privatization until 2020 only for certain categories of citizens of the Crimean people, to citizens subject to resettlement from emergency houses, children-orphans.
