MOSCOW, February 11. /TASS/. The lawyer of the former CIA employee Edward Snowden Anatoly Kucherena sees no grounds to grant his client the United States.
“The grounds for the extradition of Edward Snowden, the US is no no. This is some kind of speculation that come from so-called sources of US intelligence. I think that this topic as been in the political arena of the USA, and still is, but runaround on this topic by the American special services periodically vbrasyvaya information”, – said Kucherena.
He recalled that Snowden has a residence permit in Russia and complies with all laws of the Russian Federation. “No reason to raise and discuss this topic in Russia,” – said Anatoly Kucherena.
“Even when the Obama administration States tried somewhere to drag, but let me remind you, Russia is not trades people, Russia does not trade the rights and freedoms of the person, and let it remain on the conscience of those who throws this kind of information,” he said, adding that “on any level – economic or political topic of Snowden cannot be the subject of bargaining”
