Senator Valentina Petrenko introduced Monday in the state Duma a bill, which provides for the obligation of the authorities to contribute to the alimony in employment, it follows from the database of the lower house of Parliament.
Amendments proposed to amend the Federal law “About population employment in the Russian Federation”. Paragraph 2 of article 5 of the employment act stipulates main directions of state policy in the field of assistance of employment of the population. Among these areas, in particular: development of labor resources; increase of mobility of labor resources; implementation of activities to promote employment of the citizens needing special social protection.
The bill proposes to include in the list of areas the implementation of the measures promoting employment of citizens, obliged to pay alimony by the court, which has asked the state employment service alone, and also in the direction of the judicial police officer-executor.
“At the same time the bill proposes to include assistance in employment of citizens of this category to the Federal bodies of state power and bodies of state power of subjects of the Russian Federation in the field of assistance of employment of the population”, — stated in the explanatory Memorandum.
