MOSCOW, February 6. /TASS/. The Kremlin has not yet decided on the candidacy of acting head of the Perm region. This was reported to journalists the press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov.

“Any decision (on the appointment of the acting Governor of the Perm region) while the President did not accept. Once he decides, we hope it will be today, we will inform” – he said.

Commenting on Monday in the media information about the resignation of the Governor of Perm region Viktor Basargin, Peskov said that “the President today will address the issue of the Perm region in connection with the statement of the acting Governor of the intention to resign”.

In response to the question of whether the Kremlin for a surprise that Basargin on Monday and he announced his resignation before it was officially stated the President’s administration, Peskov noted that “the written rules on this issue does not exist, so a special surprise it did not – it is a workflow, a normal civilized process.”

Press Secretary of the President did not respond to the question, discussed the resignation of the other governors. In particular, the newspaper “Vedomosti” reported earlier that in the list of nominees for the resignation of the heads of Karelia, Buryatia, Ryazan, Sverdlovsk, Novgorod and Ivanovo regions. “I can’t in this case, nothing to announce, but as soon as the President will make any decisions in terms of leadership of regions, we will inform you immediately,” – said Peskov.
