Dogs that killed seven-year-old girl in the Sverdlovsk region, was put down. Pet owners were detained. It is reported RIA Novosti with reference to the press service of the Investigative Committee.
According to the investigation, near the girl’s body, discovered in the village Palmino, passers-by saw two large dogs that were walking alone and without muzzles. The police found out who owns these animals. On the body of the dog was discovered the blood.
“Under the control of the investigators referred to citizens killed their own animals. Based on the results of all urgent investigative actions, the investigator of the Investigative Committee also decided on the procedural detention as suspects in the criminal case of dog owners”, — stated in the SC.
The investigators have to find out were there, these dogs aggression earlier, not sick with rabies or other diseases. It is also necessary to establish why the little girl was on the street unattended.
Earlier it was reported that in the Sverdlovsk region, the dog tore a seven year old child. A criminal case under article “Causing death on imprudence”. Dog owners face a term of imprisonment of three years.
