A group of scientists from Sweden and the USA on the basis of studies proposed a simple method to restore sleep by walking in the weekend.
The method of recovery sleep, published in the journal Current Biology, is in leisure activities outdoors in the sunlight, while in the evening experts recommend spending time at home, avoiding the bright light.
In following these simple recommendations, the subjects indicated that they began to fall asleep and Wake up at the right time, and improved your health during the day. Another group of subjects who spent the weekend in the home improvement is not felt.
