The Russian Orthodox Church (ROC) has offered to withdraw from administrative and criminal liability against parents, moderately punishing their children. This was stated by the Secretary of the Chairman of the Patriarchal Commission on family matters, protection of motherhood and childhood Ekaterina Chistyakova, reports on Friday, February 3, “Interfax”.
